Introducing the Altru International Leadership Program

Altru International Leadership Program offers an immersive field-learning experience to fully understand the UN and develop advanced communication skills working with groups such as Bar Association for International Governmental Organization (BAIGO) on topics focused on topics such as Ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Human Rights and Justice.

The program provides training and education on global affairs with a focus on understanding United Nations complex resources and how to navigate all that it offers.

The curriculum provides a structured study of how the UN functions with a concentration on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The program utilizes Altru’s influential network and access to the inner working of the UN’s various organs. The result is a foundational skill set and expertise for those focused on international business, politics, global leadership within the context of the UN’s human rights and Corporate Social Responsibility.

The Leadership program customizes curriculum focused on the specific interests of each Fellow.

Future Leaders Program is targeted at GAP year students committed to careers in international business or politics. It provides fundamental knowledge that can serve them throughout their careers. This can include the authoring of published research to provide credentials to accelerate their chosen career path. Additionally, each student will learn how to work with groups such as the BAIGO on topics such as Ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Human Rights and Justice.

International Executive Program gives executives at any stage in their career training on how to utilize the UN’s resources on a more immediate basis by focusing on what assists currently exist that can advance their organization’s mission. It provides a means to build relationships with groups such as BAIGO within the UN that provide long term benefits.

Fellows can take advantage of contributing to Altru’s published research presented at the following: Altru Institute’s Annual Winter Meeting January 2020 in Davos Switzerland and in Altru Salons held throughout the year in New York, London and Los Angeles.
