Altru begins with research to identify the best and brightest ideas and innovators and then facilitates communication and collaboration to find solutions. It conducts research and convenes salons, meetings, and summits to bring together though leaders and change makers.

Altru institute core skill is finding and convening talented and dynamic people from around the world at its Salons meetings and summits. The Altru Network takes an organized approach to making introductions among they philanthropically oriented and entrepreneurially talented.
